Job Opening:

i.t. NOW is looking for an experienced technical support engineers to join its IT team.  

This individual will direct and oversee daily IT functions, for a group of small businesses, through a "hands-on" ownership approach.

Primary focus will be Systems Administration, networking, and user support.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for the IT operations for multiple small and medium size businesses.
• Support internally managed applications (e.g. monitoring tools)
• Participate as a team member on implementation projects
• Deliver availability and response/resolution metrics that meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements
